In October-November 2025, different Departments of the Government of Kerala conducted 34 seminars in all parts of the State on the people’s vision for Kerala’s future development path in different sectors. Vision 2031: an International Conference on Development and Democracy, to be held from February 15 through 17, 2026, marks the culmination of this campaign of consultations with the people.
